RUSSIA SAYS ITS THE US THAT’S SENDING WEAPONS TO SYRIA

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov today accused the United States of supplying rebels with weapons to disrupt and overthrow Syrian President Bashar Assad’s government.

Earlier, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton claimed that Russia is sending attack helicopters to Syria to “escalate the conflict into a civil war.”

It is sad to observe that Russian news and government are more honest than American government and news media. Everyone close to the problems in Syria knows who is really creating the problems, and that Bashar’s government is beset by secret operations by the US and Israel to create disturbance and sponsor internal rioting and disruption. The goal is regime change in Syria. The west wants a more compliant government in Syria that will fall into line and allow western banks and oil corporations to control Syria … much like they now control Iraq and Libya.

Syria and Iran have not caved, thus far, to western demands to roll over and comply with their plans. American, British and European powers are continuing their campaign to overthrow, militarily if necessary, and take control of any nation that resists western empire.
