COVID vaxx pushers, including major news programs, are taking aim at the Centner Academy in Florida for having the integrity and backbone to protect its staff and children against the experimental (deadly) COVID jab.

The owner of a private school in Florida has seemingly banned teachers against receiving the coronavirus vaccine, citing evidence of dangers to staff and children from the jab.

Centner Academy, a private school that charges almost $30,000 a year per student, according to CBS4, asked teachers to wait until the end of the year to get vaccinated or risk their job.

“Until further notice, we ask any employee who has not yet taken the experimental Covid-19 injection, to wait until the end of the school year,” the email reportedly reads.

It continues: “We also recommended that all faculty and staff hold off on taking the injection until there is further research available on whether this experimental drug is impacting unvaccinated individuals.”

The school in Miami, run by Leila and David Centner, reportedly said it maintains a policy “not to employ anyone who has taken the experimental Covid-19 injection until further information is known”.

The school reportedly cites a conspiracy theory regarding women’s reproductive health saying that they have had “at least three women with menstrual cycles impacted after having spent time with a vaccinated person.”

Numerous highly qualified and certified doctors are reporting the danger of the coronavirus shot and that deadly effects can be passed from a person who has received the injection to a woman and affect her reproductive system. It can also be transmitted to children.

Of course the “experts” – like the reporters at CNN and other mainstream media – deny the claims and continue to push the “vaccines” even though people are being damaged and/or killed by the thousands.

The email effectively makes the teacher’s continued employment at the school contingent on avoiding the vaccine and requires employees to disclose their vaccination status in a form to the school, The New York Times reports.

The form reportedly requires employees to “acknowledge the school will take legal measures needed to protect the students if it is determined that I have not answered these questions accurately.”

In a statement to CBS4, the school said: “We’re doing what we think is in the best interest of the children because children shouldn’t be around teachers who are vaccinated.”

The school’s publicist reiterated that vaccinated people “may be transmitting something from their bodies” leading to adverse reproductive issues among women.

“We are not 100 per cent sure the Covid injections are safe and there are too many unknown variables for us to feel comfortable at this current time,” the statement reportedly said.

Discussing whether it was legal for the school to fire teachers for receiving a vaccine, employment lawyer Carter Sox with Gallup Auerbach told CBS4: “Generally a private employer in Florida can fire someone for any reason or no reason at all.” (Good for them.)

The school prominently advertises on its website support for “medical freedom from mandated vaccines.”

CBS4 reported that one teacher has already resigned, but said it was not clear if it was in direct result of the policy.

Until recent decades all depictions of Adam & Eve, as well as Jesus, were Caucasian. Racial objections about this have been raised in very recent history along with the racial mixing and chaos that we see around us today. Along with Americans’ general falling away from faith in God and the Bible, today there is confusion and distortion of facts that, not long ago, were unquestioned.

Modern political correctness depicts Whites as the reason for all perceived problems. The defamation of “white skin” has been effective to the point of making millions of Caucasians feel guilty for being white. In fact, the White race is scheduled for extinction by certain modern calculation. It could happen unless attitudes change radically. It is due to people’s departure from faith in God, which leads them to delusions and loss of mental function.

For those who still have enough working brain cells to consider science and logic, there is genetic proof that modern racial delusions are not only silly, they are dangerous.

All instances of a genetic code that contributes to light skin color and Caucasian physical and mental characteristics in Europeans came from the same chromosome of one race according to researchers.

In a 2005 study published in the genetics journal G3, Professor Keith Cheng at Penn State University reported that one amino acid difference in the gene SLC24A5 is a key contributor to the skin color difference between Europeans and West Africans.

Lighter skin color may have provided an advantage for the better creation of vitamin D in the lesser sunlight characteristic of northern latitudes which could explain why God placed Adam in northern regions. Researchers found that all individuals from the Middle East, and North Africa who carry the A111T genetic code share a common “fingerprint” of the ancestral genetic code in the corresponding chromosomal region, indicating that all existing instances of this gene originate from the same region and from one people.

Political correctness now dominates science — and geneticists are working furiously to find common genes in all peoples to try to show a common origin. But it is neither scientific nor logical.

But all they will end up doing is proving that the Bible is correct — and that all “people” are NOT, in fact, related on the same “family tree.”

For years, “scientists” claimed white skin was an “evolutionary” adaptation to living in the north — which allowed people living there to absorb sunlight better to create Vitamin D — which is preposterous — and this study proves that it is wrong. White skin and Caucasian body types are not the result of an evolved mutation. Rather, it is the God-created genetic design of Adam’s race.

In fact, so-called “evolutionists” have already been forced to abandon their “out of Africa” single-origin hypothesis and admit that different peoples “evolved” separately — but even that will eventually fall to the facts. The various races did not evolve from one ancient single race. They were created, each with its own appearance and characteristics, by God who placed them in various parts of the world most suited to their genetic designs. The racial placements/separations worked well until the races began mixing, producing various skin shades as well as changes in physical and temperament characteristics – confusing and fouling up God’s original designs.

This study on the white skin gene generally coincides with the biblical account of Adam whose name — Aw dam — in Hebrew means “to show blood in the face” — to blush — meaning he clearly had pink or “ruddy” skin.

The Garden of Eden is generally agreed to have been situated somewhere in the Middle East — just as this study confirms where this white skin gene originated — also coinciding with the timeline of the Bible.

Other genetics studies have proven that many of the early inhabitants of the Levant had fair skin and blue eyes.

We know that white Adamic people quickly spread out from there — in all directions, taking their “white gene” with them all the way to India — which they conquered — then to the Far East where graves with tall white people with blond and red hair have been found that are thousands of years old.

The racial caste system in India was created when the white conquerors started to inter-mix with the natives — creating different shades of peoples, depending on the amount of white admixture — with the whitest at the top of those societies — we see the same phenomenon in Brazil and most other countries of Latin America.

And wherever white people have traveled, they have left this white skin gene among the native populations — which is why it is found all around the globe — but least in sub-saharan Africa where mixing least occurred.

The white skin color of Adam’s descendants is confirmed in the following Bible verses:

“My beloved is white and ruddy, the chiefest among ten thousand.” (Song of Solomon 5:10)

“Her Nazarites were purer than snow, they were whiter than milk, they were more ruddy in body than rubies, their polishing was of sapphire…” (Lamentations 4:7)

“And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he disdained him: for he was but a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair countenance.” (1 Samuel 17:42)

Laboratories in US can’t find Covid-19 in one of 1,500 positive tests

According to government propaganda, which is delivered by the obedient media daily, people are excited about getting COVID vaccines. We are told that some people have had to drive 2-3 hours in order to get a vaccine because there were no available vaccines in their city or town. And that those who can get vaccines are lucky, as the demand far outweighs the supply. Many are strongly encouraging people to get a COVID vaccine and tell us that they are working hard to make sure that more doses are coming soon to meet the incredible demand.

But it’s a big lie! More people are refusing the vaccine than are accepting it – even in parts of China. People all over the world are hesitant about these vaccines and many are the ones who we are told are the most vulnerable – first responders and healthcare workers.

Take China, for example. Communist governments are good at coercing people to do as they are told. Yet in the northeastern part of China what is now referred to as “vaccine hesitancy” is alive and well. Internal documents obtained by a rare curious reporter show that in Xintai, only 3 out of 66 officials (people like law enforcement officers) have gotten the jab. Reasons cited for not getting vaccinated are illness, allergy, pregnancy, recent surgery, and having a cold. Allergy was the top reason cited – twenty-two times. Twenty people cited high blood pressure and five mentioned diabetes as a reason for refusal. This is interesting since these are conditions that supposedly make people more likely to become very sick with COVID. Apparently the Chinese are less afraid of the virus than they are of the vaccine.

Xintai is not the only place in China where there is little enthusiasm for COVID vaccines. In Tai’an County only four of the fifty-six members of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau got the shot. One person declined saying he had a toothache, while others said they were taking Chinese medicines or had other illnesses.

The CCP is promoting the idea that government officials and others should lead by example. But in a country of almost 1.4 billion people, only 100 million people have been vaccinated. That’s fewer than the vaccinated in America or Europe. Apparently the Chinese are smarter than Americans. Supply is not the problem – China has shipped free doses of vaccines to sixty-nine countries.

It is interesting that China is resorting to the same tactics U.S. dictators are using to promote vaccines. Officials are now telling people that they will not be able to use public transportation or go out to eat or send their children to school if they don’t get the jab. The Communists are now copying America’s playbook! The U.S. is now a leader in the world in government coercion.

But coercion in the U.S. is not working well either. A Gallup poll reported that 51% of healthcare workers and first responders did not want to get a COVID vaccine, even if it was “Free, available, FDA approved, and 90% effective.” Gallup opined that this was concerning since these are people are considered at highest risk of getting COVID-19.

In California, over half of the healthcare workers at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital in Tehama County; an estimated 50% of front-line workers in Riverside County; and 40% in Los Angeles County refused the vaccine.

In Georgia, only 30% of health care workers have been inoculated In Ohio, 60% of nursing-home workers refused the vaccine.

Why is this? Many front-line workers see first-hand what happens to those who get a COVID-19 vaccine.  As soon as the vaccination program began in Norway, 13 deaths were reported in nursing homes.

Some of the injured people are healthcare workers themselves. In fact, there have been so many seriously injured or hospitalized healthcare workers, some medical facilities are experiencing staffing shortages.

In France, the government advised hospitals to stagger the vaccination schedule in order to keep staffing levels high enough to provide medical services. In Sweden, two of the country’s 21 health care regions had to stop vaccinating their staff after 25% of those who were vaccinated developed a fever or flu-like symptoms. In Austria, vaccinations from a batch of vaccines was suspended after one vaccinated nurse died and another required hospitalization. In the German state of Saarland over 50% of healthcare workers failed to show up for their scheduled vaccination appointment.

It appears that the general public is catching on. Even government sponsored media cannot hide the fact that the vaccine supply exceeds the demand nationwide. According to the Centers for Disease Control, many states are only using 25% of the doses they receive.

Health officials report that Mercer County, Ohio, was one of the hardest-hit with COVID cases, yet the mass vaccination clinics have been dismantled due to lack of demand. This is going on in many other states too. The mass vaccination site in Albany Georgia closed due to lack of interest.

Here’s an email I’ll share with you that provides some insight:

I just wanted to fill you in on some info that I have seen about the “vaccine.” I’ve been a medical transcriptionist for 35 years. In the past couple of weeks I have noted that hospital admissions for serious vaccine reactions are outnumbering COVID patients by 4 to 1.  So I started keeping track of the various reactions.  In the past week, a gentleman in his early 70’s was admitted with sudden stroke-like symptoms two days after receiving his second shot.  Tests did not show that he had a stroke, but before the shot he was fully functional and independent, and overnight he became disoriented and unable to care for himself.  The only cause they could find was receiving the AstraZeneca injection.  Two people in their 60’s were hospitalized within 2 weeks of their vaccines with high fever, confusion, and muscle stiffness.  Most serious was a 55-year-old man who suffered from neuroleptic malignant syndrome a few days after his second shot.  His symptoms included weakness, cough, myalgia, atrial fibrillation and pulmonary edema.  During the same week there was only one patient who was admitted with COVID.  Keep in mind this is a small sample because I only work 20 hours a week and there are several other transcriptionists on this same account.  But it really makes me think if I can run across this much in a week, how much more there must be that I don’t know about.

Keep in mind that only 1-5% of deaths and injuries that result from injections are even reported. That puts the likely numbers of injuries and deaths at least 20 times higher (160,00 dead, and over 6,000,000 injured). Just last week, there were more than a 1,000 additional deaths and more than 30,000 additional injuries actually reported (i.e., more like 20,000 deaths, and 600,000 injuries) following these  injections.

The question is, since when has a communicable disease with less than .02% affect on people considered a pandemic? And why/how can mass media keep this fact hidden? And who is responsible for shutting down the world based upon a ludicrous lie?

And what is even more scary is that the larger death toll is yet to be realized. The long-term reaction from the vaccine is designed to increase its deadly effect on the people many fold in the following year or two. The vaccine actually undermines your body’s ability to fight disease, thus making future infections more likely to kill you.

The burning question on the minds of all who can still think and reason is why do people continue to line up like lemmings to keep getting the deadly jabs? Apparently the real pandemic we face is a loss of mental function.

Some counties are already reacting to the Denmark and Norway have completely suspended use of the AstraZeneca experimental COVID-19 shots.

A statement issued by the Norwegian Institute of Public Health stated that the AstraZeneca COVID “vaccine” is more dangerous than COVID itself, especially for young people.

Incredibly the EMA continues bafflingly to recommend that people get the jab. They did, however, add a safety warning to the J&J shots, due to fatal blood clots. (Source.)

COVID is not killing people! Fewer people are dying now than usually died in past years. How is that possible if there is a new pandemic killing millions of people? These are deaths that are common and expected. But now the politicians, hospitals, and news media are falsely calling them “COVID.” It is beyond idiocy. It is conspiracy to commit mass murder. Please open your eyes and use your brain before it’s too late – if not for yourself, at least for those looking to you for leadership. Once the COVID vaccine has entered your body you cannot undo it. That bell cannot be unrung.

This week a group of teens biking through the town of Perth Amboy were swarmed by cops and targeted for harassment. The reason for the stop by multiple police cars? No bicycle licenses.

The teens didn’t live in Perth Amboy, however, and they attempted to tell the officers they live in Edison — a nearby town that doesn’t have the draconian bicycle license requirement — and they were on their way home. But the cops were having none of it.

When police stopped the teens on three or four bikes, at least six cop cars came for back up. You can’t be too careful when dealing with teens on bikes. It was obviously a major crime scene. The officers then ordered the teens off their bicycles before stealing the bikes and arresting one of the teens for accusing the officers of stealing their bicycles.

The scene continued to play out at the police station where the kids were scolded for forcing the cops to terrorize them to “protect them from harm.”

This is what riding a bike on a street is like in a police state.

American police kill hundreds of people every year with impunity. 1,127 — that is the number of lives brought to an end by “peace officers” in the land of the free in 2020. One-thousand, one-hundred, and twenty seven lives taken by the bullets, tasers, vehicles, fists, and knees of American cops. People are getting fed up with police tyranny (license to kill).

If the governments of other countries were killing their citizens in such large numbers, the United Nations would declare it a humanitarian crisis. But in the land of the free, it’s approved policy. Of the 1,127 deaths carried out at the hands of US cops, just 16 officers were charged in 2020.

According to a recent analysis of police killings in 2021, carried out by the folks at PoliceViolenceReport.org, the majority of police killings involve calls in which there was no crime or a suspect may be in some non-violent accusation.

“Most killings began with police responding to suspected non-violent offenses or cases where no crime was reported,” the report states.

These shocking numbers highlight a major problem when it comes to how police act. For starters, police have proven their incompetence in dealing with mental health issues. Since 2015 alone, police in America have killed over 1,400 people during a mental health crisis. Many of these folks were never accused of a crime prior to police arriving on the scene. Police typically arrest or kill people for not complying with their demands. They create the crime by their presence and demands.

The list of unarmed and often completely innocent mentally ill people killed by police is immense. TFTP archives are full of tragic stories in which police were called to help someone in a crisis and end up murdering them. People are killed even when they aren’t in a crisis and simply resent being threatened by nasty thugs in cop uniforms.

Another type of encounter which turns deadly all too often is the traffic stop.

While most everyone in America commits these same traffic infractions designed for revenue collection instead of safety, most of the people targeted by police for these crimes are the poor and minorities. Often times, officers treat these stops as gateways to fish for drug activity or other victimless crimes, or to bait victims to resist being harrssed.

Traffic stops in the land of the free, are a means of bolstering the prison industrial complex by extracting revenue from those who can pay and incarcerating others who cannot.

For those too poor to pay their tickets, routine traffic stops end up in repeated imprisonment due to mounting fines. Cities across the country are running a de facto debtors’ prison this way.

When cops aren’t routinely extorting and locking people up for petty or fabricated offenses, they are killing them.

Walter Scott was pulled over for a broken taillight. Scott—unarmed—ran away from the police officer, who pursued and shot him from behind, first with a Taser, then with a gun. Scott was struck five times, “three times in the back, once in the upper buttocks and once in the ear — with at least one bullet entering his heart.”

The list of folks killed over traffic stops and other victimless crimes is long and infuriating. Cops are not “peace officers” as they were once called. They create crime by their actions and hurt or kill people. Calling the police for help puts you in more danger than you are already in.

The European database of suspected drug reaction reports, EudraVigilance, is now tracking reports of injuries and deaths following the experimental COVID-19 “vaccines.”

Their report through April 10, 2021 lists 6,662 deaths and 299,065 injuries following injections of four experimental COVID-19 shots: COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE MODERNA (CX-024414). COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE PFIZER-BIONTECH. COVID-19 VACCINE ASTRAZENECA (CHADOX1 NCOV-19). COVID-19 VACCINE JANSSEN (AD26.COV2.S).

This is public information funded by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), and anyone can use the EudraVigilance system and verify this data. These are serious numbers, and yet no major corporate news media has published anything on this besides Health Impact News.

The first and most effective defense against employers, schools, hospitals, or businesses that enforce COVID mandates like vaccinations is to simply walk away. You and your family’s lives and health are more important – and they could be in great danger. Walk away and leave the offending parties to stew in their own juices – to wither and die of their self-inflicted stupidity. However for those who feel led to fight, there is indication that you may be able to mount a lawsuit and win in court against unjust mandates. The trouble is that such lawsuits usually take a long time, likely years, to be resolved. So if you choose to do this be prepared to find other employment, different lifestyles, and possibly another location to live where you can survive in the mean time.

Anyway, here is some published legal information that some may find helpful. Research it for yourself.

States and employers, under federal law, can’t mandate emergency use products such as the Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines. But that doesn’t mean some won’t try.

If you are an employer who is “mandating” or thinking of “mandating” these COVID injections for your employees; or, if you are an employee faced with having to choose between your job or taking the injections because of employer “mandates”, listen up. This read is for you!

According to an article at Children’s Health Defense, neither States nor employers can mandate “vaccines” that have only received Emergency Use Authorization from the Food and Drug Administration.

There are many opaque current and future legal issues around COVID-19 and the measures to contain it. Fortunately, because the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are emergency use products, and as such, not fully licensed, the law is clear: States may not mandate the vaccines, and private entities do so at the peril of violating federal law (and liablity for lawsuit).

Here is what Children’s Health Defense indicated as far as State mandates go.

For the time being, there are only two COVID-19 vaccines available in the United States: the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine and the Moderna vaccine. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued them both Emergency Use Authorizations (EAU) but not yet full vaccine licenses.

New York State Assemblywoman Linda Rosenthal recently proposed a bill to mandate COVID-19 vaccines, but she apparently neglected to consult federal law on emergency use authorization.

“Emergency Use Authorization” means that any product with this designation must be voluntary. Under 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3, “Authorization for medical products for use in emergencies”:

(ii) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed —

(I) that the Secretary [of Health and Human Services] has authorized the emergency use of the product;

(II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and

(III) of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.

Under federal preemption doctrine, this federal EUA law trumps state law, meaning that states and municipalities may not mandate EUA products. As the FDA states:

“FDA believes that the terms and conditions of an EUA issued under section 564 preempt state or local law, both legislative requirements and common-law duties, that impose different or additional requirements on the medical product for which the EUA was issued in the context of the emergency declared under section 564 … In an emergency, it is critical that the conditions that are part of the EUA or an order or waiver issued pursuant to section 564A — those that FDA has determined to be necessary or appropriate to protect the public health—be strictly followed, and that no additional conditions be imposed.”

This was also confirmed in August 2020 at a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention published meeting of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, where its Executive Secretary Dr, Amanda Cohn, stated (@1:14:40):

“I just wanted to add that, just wanted to remind everybody, that under an Emergency Use Authorization, an EUA, vaccines are not allowed to be mandatory. So, early in this vaccination phase, individuals will have to be consented and they won’t be able to be mandated.”

Governors may not mandate EUA vaccines, or EUA tests for COVID infection. States cannot override federal law or set up their own mandatory scheme. See for example, Lorillard Tobacco Co. v. Reilly, 533 U.S. 525, 570-71 (2001), which overturned a state public health law because it was already the subject of a comprehensive federal scheme to manage public health, and Department of the Navy v. Egan, 484 U.S. 518, 530 (1988). For more information on state and local law, see this Emergency Use Authorization Toolkit from the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials.

So, this injection cannot be mandated for school attendance by the State or mandated for anyone as long as it is under Emergency Use Authorization.

Private employers – beware! You cannot circumvent the Emergency Use Authorization law.

A private party, such as an employer, school or hospital, cannot circumvent the EUA law. For example, this Fact Sheet approved last month by the FDA for the Pfizer vaccine states:

“It is your choice to receive or not receive the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine. Should you decide not to receive it, it will not change your standard medical care.”

The previously referenced section of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act governing medical products approved for emergency states that the FDA-approved fact sheet must state “the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product.”

Nowhere in the fact sheet does it specify that a person may be fired from their employment, denied education, disciplined or otherwise discriminated against for refusal.

With that said, the law on private entities is likely to be litigated. Even the most ardent advocates for COVID vaccines acknowledge that employer mandates would be “problematic” and would likely lead to litigation.

One of the initial issues in litigation would be that EUA law applies to “a person who carries out any activity for which the authorization is issued.” While this phrase plainly refers to healthcare workers, i.e. those who vaccinate the public, it can also refer to anyone who participates in the EUA activity, such as employers requiring the product (see e.g., reference below to private employers as “program planners”).

The FDA even applies the term to those that advertise the product. So courts are likely to find that EUA law covers employers carrying out their own vaccination requirements, as well as states and municipalities.

But what if a private employer stubbornly refuses to heed the EUA law and attempts to require its employees to get EUA vaccines anyway?

Employers are likely to lose if challenged in court for the above-stated reasons, and also because the FDA did not issue an Emergency Dispensing Order to even attempt to circumvent EUA requirements.

Indeed, the EUA law preventing mandates is so explicit that we found only one precedent case regarding an attempt to mandate an EUA vaccine, and the court held that the vaccine could not be mandated, even to people in the military. In Doe #1 v. Rumsfeld, 2005 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 5573 (D.D.C. Apr. 6, 2005).

In that case, six soldiers challenged the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), which at the time mandated EUA anthrax vaccines, often leading to what has been called Gulf War Syndrome. Six soldiers sued DOD to refuse vaccination and won. A federal court held that because the anthrax vaccine was an EUA product, the soldiers had the right to accept or refuse vaccination.

It’s a solid precedent showing that because a federal court upheld soldiers’ rights to decline EUA vaccines, it’s likely that courts would uphold employees’ rights to refuse EUA vaccines as well.

The FDA Fact Sheet for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine states:

“It is your choice to receive or not receive the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. Should you decide not to receive it, it will not change your standard medical care.” In other words, people cannot lose healthcare coverage for refusal.

But again, what if a private employer mandates EUA vaccines anyway? Official statements suggest that the employer might lose liability protection against damages from vaccine injury.

According to the Congressional Research Service, private businesses are subject to civil liability unless they “acted consistent with applicable directions, guidelines, or recommendations by the Secretary regarding the administration or use of a covered countermeasure” [and] “private businesses may qualify as ‘program planners’ (and thus covered persons) when performing certain functions).”

EUAs for past medical emergencies are instructive. In 2009, when the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) declared the H1N1 virus emergency, the FDA authorized the emergency use of the drug Peramivir IV. The fact sheet stated that the healthcare provider should communicate to the patient:

1. The Secretary of HHS has authorized the emergency use of Peramivir IV, which is not an FDA approved drug.

2. The patient has the option to accept or refuse Peramivir IV.

How is “program planner” defined? According to Nutter Uncommon Law (nutter.com), “under the [PREP] Act, Program Planners include state and local governments, or other persons that supervise or administer a program concerning the use or distribution of a Covered Countermeasure. Program Planners might also include those who donate their facility to use in connection with the distribution or administration of a Covered Countermeasure.”

If a private business does not meet the definition of “program planner”, the business cannot mandate employees receive any Emergency Use Authorization intervention.

Rutgers University discovered this the hard way when attempting to mandate students receive the CONvid-1984 injection and show proof of injection before getting in the door. The University violated federal, state and international law, Nuremberg Code and Declaration of Helsinki. If employers cannot mandate employees to take the experimental injection, universities cannot mandate it for students.
